Odontotos Rack Railway and Vouraikos Gorge
Diakopto, Greece
A narrow-gauge rack railway, open since 1896, climbing 22 kilometres from the coast at Diakopto through the Vouraikos Gorge to Kalavryta. It was suspended after a 2019 landslide and resumed in 2024, so check that it is running before you go.
